This new Chronomaster Sport model maintains the overall signature look of other Zenith models and to be honest, we are glad it does. Zenith is a classic brand, with a proud heritage and it is not often a luxury brand can maintain its look and feel, whilst also creating something that is brand new and exciting.

Diving straight into this new Zenith Chronomaster Sports model“ let us begin with the striking new dial. The dial of the Chronomaster Sport come in Zentih's signature tricolour and tri-compax layout“ with silver, anthracite, and blue colours. The three overlapping sub-dials consist of two chronograph totalisers, one for 60 seconds and the other for 60 minutes, as well as a third for running seconds. These are arranged in a V shape and are paired with faceted hour markers, filled with Super-LumiNova, for extra visibility and easier readability.

The most eye-catching feature at a glance, has to be the new ceramic black bezel. This bezel amazingly features a 1/10^th of a second graduation and really transforms the look of this watch. To add to this, this bezel is virtually scratch proof and impervious to UV light, so over time this will not wear or lose any colour.

The case on this new Chronomaster still features the sloped angular lugs that Zenith fans all across the globe have come to know and love. This model is crafted from steel and comes in at a sturdy 41mm diameter and lug to lug comes in at 46.6mm. There is no question that this timepiece sits incredibly well on the wrist and can really accompany you with any attire.

When we turn this model around, we get to its true beauty; the heart of this new Zentih Chronomaster Sport. The expedition case back reveals the Calibre 3600 movement which features the iconic Zenith star rotor. This movement beats at a rate of 10 vibrations per second, has an astonishing 60-hour power reserve and to add just that little bit extra, it is also water resistant to a whopping 100 metres.

Our final thoughts“ well this model has really blown us away. Zenith has always been a classic brand and it is no secret that their workmanship and watchmaking powers have been well above most other luxury brands. But this model is different, its younger, sleeker, and sportier, yet still contains Zenith's DNA and extreme levels of craftmanship and quality we have come to expect of the brand. Zenith has reinvented itself without actually loosing any of the finer details we have grown to love, this model is quite frankly incredible.
